why don't you go on a click and pay website. You click on ads that is appeared on the website and do something to entertain yourself for the few seconds that is required. And then go back to the other ads. Once you earned enough, you will recieve it in your paypal.
Also i learned that the catch is, the owner who sets up the ads and the people who click the ads make money by doing nothing.
